Public bulletins are general announcements that serve the public interest.  Examples of public bulletins are: 

1. Meeting announcements
2. Emergency announcements
3. Weather announcements
4. Closure of a road or area affecting traffic

when to submit

We accept Public Bulletins 24/7.  Public Bulletins are read (broadcasted) over KSBS-FM Monday-Saturdays at 11:00am and 3:00pm Samoa Time

In the case of a disaster and/or emergency, a Public Bulletin will be broadcasted immediately and frequently to server the public interest
